These are some of the wedding formals from a wedding in August. I tried to keep it to mostly photos of the 2 of them without too many extras. The wedding was beautiful, and aside from a few typical wedding mishaps, it was perfect. The best part of it all was watching the bride happy and smiling all day...

Enjoy the photos... I know I've been neglectfull of late as far as updating goes, but as a New Years Resolution I am planning to add at least 2 entires a month. We'll see how it goes, but I'm for sure going to try.

Here is the long promised photo shoot of little Jakob G, and his amazing parents Kevin and Angela. I had a blast taking these pictures and I am so looking forward to doing many more shoots throughout his life (hopefully ;) ) I am so grateful for the chance that Kevin and Angie have given me to be a part of Jakob's life so far! He truly is a perfect little miracle. I saw him just a couple of weeks ago, and he already doesn't look like a newborn much anymore...he is definitely growing up already into a handsome little man. But anyways, I'm sure nobody really bothers to read what I have to say, so enough digression, let's get to the pictures :)

Musical Photos...

Hello there,
Ok so once again it's been a while. With practice I hope to get better at updating my blog more frequently :) These last months have been very busy in my life; I was in a wedding (pictures to come), my friends had their baby boy, Jakob (maternity pictures can be found at http://zhmackenzie.blogspot.com/2009/06/in-beginning.html, newborn pictures to come), and I started a new school year through work and am working a very busy schedule with some amazing children. It's been great, but hasn't left me much blogging time...sorry for that ;)

This shoot is one that I did for someone for a school project. I thought I would share it, because I had a lot of fun with it, and I figured he would enjoy being featured on my blog. It was great spending some time with him, and really getting his personality and love of his saxophone to come through in the photographs. Here are the photos...hope you enjoy!

Here Comes the Bride...

Hey all!

Sorry it's been so long in between posts. My sister's wedding has kind of been consuming my life lately. I never realized how much work it takes to make one day perfect for a couple...I have always just shown up and taken the pictures ;) Needless to say I now look upon weddings with an even greater appreciation for those who organized it.

On the subject of weddings though, this one has had me looking back through some other weddings that I have done pictures for. Here are some of them...a blast from the past you might say :)
